I NEED YOUR HELP...

SOLD!

Well...I finally got the nerve up to open an ETSY shop...
whew!... It has been sitting vacant for almost a year now.
What a struggle to do the banner! You may remember
when I was a complete and total beginner on the computer.
EVERYTHING  was  a  challenge!
So finally last week I looked at my little empty shop and
thought to myself “wait a minute”!  you’ve got
tons of stuff to put in there, what are you waiting for?

So I started to take pictures...

Lots of em...

German curtain rings

(buying in ETSY has NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM)
I can do that easily and with great joy!
and I can spend many an hour browsing
and pretend shopping.

So now I appeal to you to lend me a hand
and give this girlwoman some advice...
cause I don’t know the ins and outs of all this
and I know that many of you do.

help me find a new home...

I follow and look at many of your ETSY shops and I can see that
lots of you are doing quite well.  So I would be ever so
grateful if you could share your knowledge and expertise
and help this newbie out with ways to get people to find me
and any other tasty tips that you can offer...

Thank you...the staff at Beatnheart ETSY.

Good Luck to you gal!
I don't have anything on Etsy....I'm quite ignorant and am hoping that lots of smart Etsy-shop successful people give you a jillion great ideas! Well, maybe only 10 great ideas...

I am not on Etsy and haven't a clue as to what one must do...BUT, the first thing I would do is have a LINK to your Etsy shop right on here....I kept hoping that if I put my mouse over the word and clicked...it would take me there....I would love to see it, my dear!

Hello Cynthia!
I wish I could help you out with your Etsy shop but I'm afraid I don't have a clue about them. I'm sure you'll get the help you need as there are tons of Etsy Shop Bloggers out there. This is a perfect way to showcase your beautiful jewelry and antique items...good for you. look at the confidence you've mustered up in just over a year...Congrats! Have a wonderful day over there in Sunny WARM California my friend.

Hi miss Chameleon! : ) Like the blue too!
LOVE your Etsy shop...glad you forged ahead. If you have any questions, let me know. Not a PRO yet, but after a year, i'm gettin' some experience under my belt. Congrats!

Some suggestions...don't list everything in one day. If you have a bunch of stuff, list one item per day so your always at the top of the heap. If you get to a point where everything current is listed, then re-new often. You can re-new a few items at a time once of twice a week... or see what feels right to you. Hand out your cards to everyone with your Etsy shop on your card! And do you know about www.craftcult.com and www.craftopolis.com?? You can input your Etsy shop and see where your traffic is coming from, etc.
