Southern California in the winter.

Southern California in the winter..

some random pictures...

on a beautiful sunny clear day.

When it rains down here...
It snows up there.

If the air quality is good this is what we
get to see.  A day trip to some antique stores
near Riverside and these are the views we got

78 degrees...hot and sunny.

This is why we put up with traffic, crowds and crime.
You can’t beat this weather and that is a fact...
and that is why a zillion people have flocked to live
here.

This is my kind of winter.  Hope you are enjoying yours.
Tonight...a annual post thanksgiving dinner at an old friends house.
They have been doing it for 21 years.

Woooo how pretty! Thanks for the images. It's overcast and about 51 degrees outside right now. Have a great post Thanksgiving feast!

Hey, looks just like a winter day up north here in Canada, LOL! But if global warming keeps getting worse, one day it will be.

What beautiful views and weather Cynthia.....a little different from London at the moment !!
I love California....the weather and the scenery but, I have to say that I love having the four seasons that we have here too.
Have a fun time tonight with Murph and Paul. That's some tradition they've had going on !! XXXX

Yep, that's it. Looks like my neighborhood! It was 78 here today too. We are certainly lucky! I was listening to Christmas music about snow while wearing a tee and walking around my house barefoot. Crazy! At least the evenings get chilly so it feels like Fall. :)
Happy holidays!

Oh I envy you the wonderful weather you are enjoying. It is chilly here today with a blustery wind. No, on second thoughts, I couldnt live anywhere else in the world :-D but remind me of that when we have thick snow and ice LOL

We moved from the Northern California to Southern California about a year ago, and I have to say we think it is wonderful. There is so much to do. My next visit is to the San Diego Zoo. I hope you have many special moments this holiday season.

Beautiful pics.Although it's lovely to see the sun shine, my favourite days are soft overcast Spring days with a gentlest of warm breezes. I could walk for hours when those days occur.
Like California, we can have some very fierce summers here in Australia, and I make the most of mild weather.
Lovely to see some snow in your pictures. We don't have any in my state.
