Kohler Art Center Sheboygan, Wisconsin

The fabulous folk art collection in
the garden of the art center.

This art center is world class...amazing
for such a small Midwestern town.

Wisconsin has alot of folk art.  The Kohler foundation
has a program for artists from all over the world to
come and work at their foundry.

Look at your sink...
it probably came from the Kohler Company.

more than half of the people in Sheboygan work there.

The family is a huge supporter of the arts.
These pieces attest to that.

LOVELY Sculptures....This is quite an amazing Museum...! I was familiar with the name--As you said, the sink might be made by them---I don't have any in my house, but I knew the name anyway...I did NOT know they were such a supporter of the Arts. Thanks, my dear, for sharing this with us....!

I recognize the Kohler Foundation name from their sponsorship of many things on PBS.

I had no idea. Yes, I do have Kohler sinks :)
Reminds me of where my family is in Waterford, back in the day the ALL worked at the factory.
